Dave Barber PT, DPT

Dave received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2016. While in school, he was involved with several outpatient orthopedic clinics on the South Shore. Since then, he has developed his skill set to include specialized treatments such as dry needling, cupping therapy, post-concussive/vertigo rehabilitation and Sportsmetrics™ injury prevention and performance training.

Opening Body Mechanics PT and Wellness has been a goal of Dave’s since high school. He is passionate about physical therapy, and believes strongly in educating his patients and addressing their questions. One of his main priorities when developing a treatment plan is to understand the patient’s goals — whether it be running the Boston Marathon or being able to play with their grandchildren.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, and traveling to new places.
